This Cava is a masterclass in Mediterranean freshness, crafted from 100% Trepat, a rare indigenous grape known for producing elegant, ethereal rosés. On the nose, it is intensely aromatic, bursting with wild strawberries, red currants, and a delicate hint of rose petals. The palate is crisp and light-bodied, featuring fine, persistent bubbles and zesty citrus notes that perfectly balance the vibrant red fruit. NV Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé (Napa Valley, CA)
Named the Cuvée de la Pompadour, this sophisticated California sparkling wine is predominantly Pinot Noir-based and aged for two years on the lees. It presents a stunning sunset salmon hue and a deep aromatic profile of sun-ripened peach, apricot, and toasted sourdough.
